摘 要
隨著中國(guó)加入WTO,中國(guó)企業(yè)面臨著來(lái)自世界的各行業(yè)的佼佼者的競(jìng)爭(zhēng),我們應(yīng)如何應(yīng)對(duì)?聯(lián)想作為中國(guó)電腦行業(yè)的老大,世界第三,其自身的改革、創(chuàng)新對(duì)中國(guó)IT業(yè)在深遠(yuǎn)的影響。
本文給大家介紹聯(lián)想的營(yíng)銷模式,主要是聯(lián)想的渠道,首先闡述聯(lián)想的發(fā)展歷程及營(yíng)銷模式的幾次轉(zhuǎn)型,從而引出聯(lián)想在面對(duì)DELL的競(jìng)爭(zhēng),提出并不斷實(shí)施建設(shè)的“集成分銷”模式。緊接著詳細(xì)介紹集成分銷模式,并對(duì)這個(gè)模式進(jìn)行優(yōu)劣分析,使大家對(duì)集成分銷有一個(gè)清晰的認(rèn)識(shí),最后介紹從聯(lián)想的營(yíng)銷模式,也就是集成分銷模式中可以對(duì)中國(guó)IT業(yè)的發(fā)展帶來(lái)哪些啟示。通過(guò)這篇論文只是想說(shuō)明聯(lián)想的成功有其他企業(yè)學(xué)習(xí)的地方,因?yàn)榇蠹彝幵谥袊?guó)這個(gè)大市場(chǎng)下,所處的環(huán)境和要面對(duì)的消費(fèi)者都有同樣的特點(diǎn),在處理問(wèn)題時(shí)可以采取同樣或相似的方法就可以達(dá)到比較理想的結(jié)果。

This article for everybody the introduction association marketingpattern, mainly is the association channel, first elaborates theassociation development course and marketing pattern severalreforming, thus draws out the association to face DELL thecompetition, proposed and unceasingly implements the construction "theintegration to retail" the pattern. Follows closely the detailed introduction integration to retail thepattern, and carries on the fit and unfit quality analysis to thispattern, causes everybody to integrate retails has a clearunderstanding, finally introduces from the association marketingpattern, which also is the integration retails in the pattern to beallowed to bring to the Chinese IT industry development to inspire. Through this paper only is wants to explain the association thesuccess has the place which other enterprises studies, becauseeverybody with occupies under Chinese this big market, locates theenvironment and must face the consumers all have the similarcharacteristic, when processing question may adopt similar or thesimilar method may achieve the quite ideal result.
