論中職教育文化基礎(chǔ)課的改革新取向

摘要:當前,在中等職業(yè)教育中普遍存在忽視文化基礎(chǔ)課的現(xiàn)狀,從管理體制到課程設(shè)置,從師生觀念到教學行為,往往只注重專業(yè)課而輕文化基礎(chǔ)課,致使文化基礎(chǔ)課的教學受到了嚴重的影響,文化基礎(chǔ)課的教師往往處于十分尷尬的境地,無從實施教學。本文簡要概括了中等職業(yè)教育中的文化基礎(chǔ)課的現(xiàn)狀,指出學生整體素質(zhì)的滑坡、就業(yè)壓力導致教育理念失衡、決策者缺乏大教育觀念是其形成原因,并分析了忽視文化基礎(chǔ)課造成的危害,最后提出了中職教育文化基礎(chǔ)課課程改革的建議:樹立人文教育意識,充分認識其在職業(yè)教育中的地位和重要性;正確定位文化基礎(chǔ)課,處理好專業(yè)課與文化基礎(chǔ)課之間的關(guān)系;多渠道加強文化基礎(chǔ)課學科建設(shè)。

Abstract: Presently, in medium vocational education universal existence neglect culture basic course present situation, from the management system to the curriculum, from the teachers and students idea to the teaching behavior, often only pays great attention the professional course, but the light cultural basic course, the cause culture basic course’s teaching has come under the serious influence, the cultural basic course’s teacher often is in the very awkward region, implements the teaching without knowing where to begin. This article summarized in the medium vocational education cultural basic course present situation briefly, pointed out that the student overall quality the landslide, the employment pressure causes the education idea to be unbalanced, the policy-maker lacks the big education idea is it forms the reason, and has analyzed the harm which the neglect culture basic course creates, finally put forward the duty education culture basic course curriculum reform proposal: Acquires the humanities education consciousness, understands it fully in the vocational education status and the importance; The correct localization culture basic course, processes between the professional course and the cultural basic course relations; Multi-channel strengthens the cultural basic course discipline construction.
