摘要
監(jiān)測(cè)監(jiān)控系統(tǒng)是融計(jì)算機(jī)技術(shù)、通信技術(shù)、控制技術(shù)和電子技術(shù)為一體的綜合自動(dòng)化產(chǎn)品，當(dāng)將其作為一種安全預(yù)防技術(shù)設(shè)施應(yīng)用到工業(yè)生產(chǎn)和社會(huì)生活中時(shí)，就稱其為安全監(jiān)測(cè)監(jiān)控系統(tǒng)。在我國(guó)的工業(yè)安全事故中，煤炭工業(yè)的安全事故較為頻發(fā)且性質(zhì)嚴(yán)重，尤其以生產(chǎn)礦井瓦斯爆炸事故最為突出。為此，國(guó)家有關(guān)安全生產(chǎn)監(jiān)督管理部門專門制定了“先抽后采，監(jiān)測(cè)監(jiān)控，以風(fēng)定產(chǎn)”的十二字指導(dǎo)方針，由此可見，煤礦安全環(huán)境監(jiān)測(cè)監(jiān)控系統(tǒng)在煤礦安全生產(chǎn)中的重要地位。

Abstract
Financial monitoring and control system is computer technology, communication technology, control technology and electronic technology for the integrated automation products, as its technology infrastructure as a safety precaution applied to industrial production and social life, it called for security monitoring and control system. Industrial safety accidents in China, the coal industry accidents are more frequent and serious nature, particularly in the production of coal mine gas explosion is most prominent. To this end, the state department of safety supervision and management of specially formulated "first pumping after the adoption, monitoring and control to the wind production quotas," the second word guidelines, we can see that environmental monitoring and control system of mine safety in the coal mine safety production important position.
