鋁合金時(shí)效硬化模型的研究進(jìn)展

摘要:相對(duì)于眾多其他合金,鋁合金的時(shí)效硬化模型經(jīng)過(guò)近幾十年的發(fā)展已日趨成熟。利用現(xiàn)有模型可以計(jì)算
球形、片狀和針狀析出相的尺寸及體積分?jǐn)?shù)與合金成分、時(shí)效時(shí)間及時(shí)效溫度的關(guān)系,從而可以研究鋁合金的屈
服強(qiáng)度在時(shí)效過(guò)程中的演變規(guī)律,對(duì)鋁合金的設(shè)計(jì)具有重要的指導(dǎo)意義。該文詳細(xì)地介紹了鋁合金時(shí)效硬化模型
的發(fā)展,并指出了現(xiàn)有模型的不足之處,對(duì)模型的未來(lái)發(fā)展進(jìn)行了展望。

Abstract: The models for the aging hardening behavior of aluminum alloys are relatively mature after the development
of recent tens of years, compared to the other alloys. Among thouse models for other alloy, the best ones can be used to
calculate the size and volume fractions of the sphere, disc or needle-shaped precipitates as a function of the alloying
composition, aging temperature and aging time nowadays, which results in that the evolution law of the yield strength can
be predicated during aging process, and the model itself has important guilding effects on the alloy design. Thus, the
development of the aging hardening models is reviewed, their deficiency is pointed out, and their future development is
prospected as well in the present paper.
