解決鋁合金加工變形的方法

摘要:鋁合金材料在現(xiàn)代工業(yè)中的應(yīng)用非常廣泛,但是,使用傳統(tǒng)的加工方法加工鋁合金材料存在
零件變形的問(wèn)題。本文從先進(jìn)加工方法、加工刀具、熱處理方法幾個(gè)方面探討了解決鋁合金加工變形的
方法。在加工余量一定的情況下,每次加工的余量越小,反轉(zhuǎn)的次數(shù)越多,則工件加工后變形越小。在加
工過(guò)程中如果利用切削液進(jìn)行冷卻,效果更好。
