6061鋁合金板材沖壓成形性能研究

摘要: 通過杯突試驗和拉深試驗研究了6061鋁合金板材的基本沖壓性能, 并以某汽車零件為
研究對象, 通過有限元模擬和實物沖壓, 分析了鋁合金板材的沖壓成形性能。結(jié)果表明, 6061鋁合金
板材具有較小的杯突值, 明顯的凸耳現(xiàn)象, 6061鋁合金板材的沖壓成形性能不佳; 然后利用有限元
模擬和實物沖壓的對比試驗, 為鋁合金板材的沖壓成形工藝的制定提供參考依據(jù)。

Abstract: The article investigated the basic stamp ing capability of 6061 alloy sheet concerning cupp ing test
value ( IE) , drawing capability etc. through cupp ing test and drawing test. Furthermore the stamp ing capabil2
ity of alloy sheet is analyzed by using finite element simulation and alloy stamp ing. The results show that 6061
alloy sheet that has obvious lug has less IE, and its forming capability is poor. Finally, contrast testwas taken
between finite element simulation and alloy stamp ing, which can be used as reference for the stamp ing tech2
nique of alloy sheet.
