基于Pro_E的塑料頂蓋注塑模具設(shè)計(jì)

摘要：介紹了利用Pro/E及其注塑模設(shè)計(jì)專家（EMX4.1）設(shè)計(jì)塑料頂蓋注塑模具的設(shè)計(jì)過程，特別闡述了利用Pro/E進(jìn)行塑料模具設(shè)計(jì)的高效率特性。其單一數(shù)據(jù)庫、參數(shù)化、基于特征、全相關(guān)聯(lián)的設(shè)計(jì)特點(diǎn)，不但使設(shè)計(jì)模具的周期大大縮短，且從設(shè)計(jì)到制造的整個過程中，保證了數(shù)據(jù)的完整性與一致性。

Abstract: Design process of the injection mould for the plastic top cover using Pro/E and expert
moldbase extension was introduced in detail．High efficiency of injection mould design using
Pro/E was emphasized．Characteristics of single database，parametric，feature based and fully
relativity not only greatly shortens the cycle of mould design，but also ensures the data integrality and consistency in the whole process from design to manufacture．
