自乳化水性丙烯酸改性聚酯樹脂的制備

摘要:以椰子油、甘油、新戊二醇、間苯二甲酸、富馬酸等為原料合成了不飽和聚酯,再與含有親水單元的丙烯酸混合單體自由基共聚合,制得丙烯酸接枝聚酯,將其中和后水分散即得自乳化水性丙烯酸改性聚酯樹脂。討論了富馬酸含量、接枝部分的酸值以及接枝反應(yīng)溫度對水分散體性能的影響。
Abstract: A self-emulsified waterborne acrylic modified polyester resin was prepared as below: firstly a polyester was synthesized with coconut oil, glycerin, neo-pento fuma-acid etc. as materials, then co-polymerized with mixed acrylic monomers containing water-philic unit to obtain an acrylic grafted polyester, which was then neutralized and dispersed into water. Influences of fuma acid concentration, acid value of grafted part, reaction conditions on performance of the water dispersion was discussed.

1.前言
隨著世界石油資源的日益短缺和民眾環(huán)保意識的增強(qiáng),涂料工業(yè)正向低污染、低能耗和環(huán)境友好的方向發(fā)展。水性涂料以其低成本、高技術(shù)含量和良好的施工性能等優(yōu)點(diǎn),日益受到人們的重視。
本研究采用農(nóng)林產(chǎn)品——椰子油和甘油為主要合成原料,制備了低VOC含量的水性涂料用樹脂,打破了傳統(tǒng)油漆對不可再生資源——石油的過分依賴性,為涂料工業(yè)走可持續(xù)發(fā)展的道路進(jìn)行了有益的探索。
2.技術(shù)原理
1)椰子油、甘油在催化劑作用下醇解,生成以甘油一酸酯為主的醇解產(chǎn)物;
2)醇解產(chǎn)物、新戊二醇(NPG)與間苯二甲酸(IPA)、富馬酸(FA)等酯化,得到含有一定不飽度的聚酯樹脂(UPE);
3)含有一定量親水基團(tuán)的丙烯酸混合單體與UPE自由基共聚合,制得丙烯酸接枝聚酯樹脂(ACPE),接枝位在FA單元的雙鍵上。
