端面?zhèn)鲃游佪喐钡娜S參數(shù)化設計

摘要: 端面?zhèn)鲃游佪喐睂儆谝环N偏置蝸桿傳動副。它與錐蝸桿傳動(Spiroid Gearing)在傳動性質上有相似之處,但是在結構和加工方法上有所不同。該蝸輪副在實現(xiàn)端面?zhèn)鲃拥耐瑫r,提高了蝸桿蝸輪的重合度和傳動效率,并實現(xiàn)了結構的緊湊性。本文探討了如何利用Pro/E及其二次開發(fā)工具Pro/Toolkit實現(xiàn)該蝸輪副的三維參數(shù)化設計。

Three-Dimensional Parametric Design of Side-Worm wheel
Abstract: Side-Worm wheel Gearing is a kind of defective transmission gearing. It has some common properties in transmission with spiroid gearing, but different in structure and manufacturing method. With this special structure it achieves a relatively high superposition and improves the transmission efficiency. It also makes the structure more compact. This paper has discussed about how to realize the 3-D parametric design in Pro/E.

1、引言
蝸輪與蝸桿可用來傳遞空間兩交錯軸間的運動和動力。由于它具有傳動比大、傳動平穩(wěn)以及結構尺寸緊湊等優(yōu)點,所以在各類機械設備的傳動系統(tǒng)中廣應用。端面?zhèn)鲃游佪喐保▓D1)是一種特殊的偏置蝸桿傳動副,該蝸輪副在實現(xiàn)端面?zhèn)鲃拥耐瑫r,提高了蝸桿蝸輪的重合度和傳動效率,并實現(xiàn)了結構的緊湊性。隨著計算機輔助設計技術的發(fā)展,三維造型與復雜曲面造型技術的應用越來越廣泛,應用Pro/E軟件進行蝸輪蝸桿的三維參數(shù)化設計,可以很好地解決二維CAD技術設計中最別扭的幾個問題,如復雜的投影線生成問題、設計的更新與修改問題、數(shù)據(jù)的有效再利用問題等等,大大提高了設計效率。
