自行車雙層停車架中的助力機(jī)構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì)

摘要:設(shè)計(jì)一種新型自行車雙層停車架,上層停車架采用垂直升降式,不用時(shí)可以折疊收納放入主體立柱,提高了空間利用率。為上層架的提升和收納動(dòng)作設(shè)計(jì)助力機(jī)構(gòu),使停車操作變得簡(jiǎn)單省力。選用恒力彈簧作為上層架提升動(dòng)力源,液壓彈簧作為上層架折疊的輔助動(dòng)力,并對(duì)這兩種彈簧進(jìn)行分析、計(jì)算和選型。

Design of Assisting Mechanism for Bicycle Rack of Double-Deck Type

Abstract: The bicycle rack of double-deck type with a vertical lifting upper rack is designed.
The upper rack can be folded into the main body, which bringing more effective uses of the parking space. The assisting mechanism is designed for the vertical lifting and the folding action, so that the parking operation becomes simple and easy. The constant force spring and hydraulic spring is selected as power supply in assisting mechanism, and the analysis, calculation and type selection for these two kinds of spring are done at last.

0 引言
現(xiàn)有的自行車雙層停車架工作方式大都采用軌道滑移式,停車操作主要依靠人力完成,對(duì)操作者的力量要求比較高。而且由于操作過程中上層架通過軌道向后滑移,空置時(shí)也固定停放在上層空間,空間利用率尚不理想。擬開發(fā)一種新型自行車停車裝置,雙層停放車輛,上層架垂直升降并配備輔助動(dòng)力,且不用時(shí)可以折疊收納進(jìn)主體立柱,大大提高了停車場(chǎng)地的空間利用率。
1 需求分析
根據(jù)現(xiàn)有自行車雙層停車設(shè)備的使用情況設(shè)定研發(fā)目標(biāo)如下:①實(shí)現(xiàn)上下層分層停車,下層停車架可以左右平移,上層停車架采用垂直升降式;②為上層架提升設(shè)計(jì)助力機(jī)構(gòu),便于上層停車操作;③上層停車架設(shè)計(jì)成折疊可收納型,并為折疊操作提供動(dòng)力;④結(jié)構(gòu)合理、工作可靠、成本低廉、操作方便以及安裝維護(hù)簡(jiǎn)單。
