Step函數(shù)在UG運(yùn)動(dòng)仿真中的具體運(yùn)用

摘 要:科技的發(fā)展和時(shí)代的進(jìn)步,為我國各領(lǐng)域的創(chuàng)新和改革帶來了重大機(jī)遇,計(jì)算機(jī)仿真技術(shù)作為當(dāng)前信息化發(fā)展的產(chǎn)物,應(yīng)用到航空航天等領(lǐng)域中更是取得了巨大成果,特別是在研發(fā)過程中,計(jì)算機(jī)仿真技術(shù)中的step函數(shù)更是充分的發(fā)揮出自身最大的作用。鑒于此,著重分析研究當(dāng)前step函數(shù)在UG運(yùn)動(dòng)仿真中的具體作用,并對(duì)此進(jìn)行實(shí)際的分析研究,旨在為我國計(jì)算機(jī)行業(yè)的發(fā)展貢獻(xiàn)力量。

The Application of Step Function in UG Motion Simulation

Abstract: With the development of science and technology and the progress of the times, it has brought great opportunities for the innovation and reform of all fields in our country. As the product of the current information development, computer simulation technology has made great achievements in the application of aerospace and other fields, especially in the process of research and development, computer simulation. The step function in technology is giving full play to its biggest role. In view of this, this paper focuses on the analysis and study of the specific role of the current step function in the UG motion simulation, and has carried out a practical analysis and research in order to contribute to the development of the computer industry in China.

計(jì)算機(jī)仿真技術(shù)在實(shí)際應(yīng)用過程中,其動(dòng)力學(xué)仿真主要采用ADAMS軟件,但對(duì)于一些中小型企業(yè)來講,較專業(yè)的動(dòng)力學(xué)軟件花費(fèi)較高,但UG仿真技術(shù)卻可以有效對(duì)機(jī)構(gòu)進(jìn)行力學(xué)動(dòng)力仿真,從而通過加入驅(qū)動(dòng)控制函數(shù)來控制機(jī)構(gòu)的整個(gè)運(yùn)動(dòng)規(guī)律。
1 step函數(shù)以及UG的概述
1.1 step函數(shù)
在運(yùn)動(dòng)仿真中,需要具體結(jié)合實(shí)際的運(yùn)動(dòng)函數(shù)轉(zhuǎn)為step函數(shù),并在此基礎(chǔ)上控制模型的實(shí)際運(yùn)動(dòng)時(shí)間,以此來有效把控運(yùn)動(dòng)規(guī)律。因此,step函數(shù)作為一種運(yùn)動(dòng)函數(shù),其基本表達(dá)式為step(x,x0,h0,x1,h1)具體參數(shù)如表1所示。

作為一個(gè)運(yùn)動(dòng)函數(shù),step的函數(shù)表達(dá)為當(dāng)x﹤x0,則step的函數(shù)值為h0;當(dāng)x0﹤x﹤x1,那么step函數(shù)為:h0+(x-x0/x1-x0)2(h1-h0),當(dāng)x≥x1時(shí),step的函數(shù)值為h1。在進(jìn)行仿真運(yùn)動(dòng)的過程中,step運(yùn)動(dòng)函數(shù)還需要實(shí)際給定的函數(shù)轉(zhuǎn)為step函數(shù)以后,才能有效控制模型運(yùn)動(dòng)時(shí)間,其中,運(yùn)動(dòng)函數(shù)轉(zhuǎn)化后的step運(yùn)動(dòng)控制方波函數(shù)模型主要如圖2所示,其中,縱坐標(biāo)為速度和位移,橫坐標(biāo)為變量。如圖所示,在x0﹤x﹤x1這段中,取微元為0.0001;當(dāng)x0-0.0001﹤x﹤x0,step(x,x0-0.0001,0,x0,1)=[(x-x0+0.0001)2/0.00012];當(dāng)x1-0.0001﹤x﹤x1,step(x,x1-0.0001,0,x1,-1)=-[(x-x1+0.0001)2/0.00012],那么,step函數(shù)所表示的左邊的函數(shù)f(x)為:(step(x,x0-0.0001,0,x0,1)+(step(x,x(未完,下一頁)
