網(wǎng)絡(luò)教學(xué)中的基本素養(yǎng)

摘要：
網(wǎng)絡(luò)教學(xué)的產(chǎn)生是人類歷史上教學(xué)傳播手段變革、教學(xué)方法改革的必然結(jié)果,是教學(xué)科技高度發(fā)展和教學(xué)理論現(xiàn)代化的產(chǎn)物。網(wǎng)絡(luò)教學(xué)是Internet應(yīng)用的一個很有發(fā)展前景的領(lǐng)域。網(wǎng)絡(luò)教學(xué)是一個嶄新的概念,有其獨特的操作范型,其主要特征是以現(xiàn)代媒體主要是計算機(jī)網(wǎng)絡(luò)為基礎(chǔ),實現(xiàn)教師、學(xué)生、媒體多向互動,資源共享;體現(xiàn)教學(xué)的個性化和開放化。網(wǎng)絡(luò)教學(xué)模式的價值在于優(yōu)化教學(xué)結(jié)構(gòu)和教學(xué)過程,大力度提高教學(xué)效率和教學(xué)效果。網(wǎng)絡(luò)教學(xué)中的教與學(xué)和傳統(tǒng)教學(xué)中的教與學(xué)有很大的差別，對教師和學(xué)生的基本素養(yǎng)也有不同的要求。本文討論了網(wǎng)絡(luò)教學(xué)的概念、網(wǎng)絡(luò)教學(xué)的特點、學(xué)生的基本素養(yǎng)如學(xué)會學(xué)習(xí)、網(wǎng)上交際能力、參加學(xué)習(xí)、掌握計算機(jī)文化等；教師的基本素養(yǎng)如交互和參與、反饋、調(diào)整與幫助、有效教學(xué)、學(xué)生評價等。

The product of teaching Network is the inevitable result of changing between teaching means of communication and teaching methods in the history of mankind, and also the Product of the high development of teaching technology and the teaching theories of modernization. Teaching network is a very promising field which internet is applied. network Teaching is a new concept which has its unique specifications, and the main character of it is main based on computer networks that is a modern media which achieving teachers, students, and more to interactive media and resources to share ,and also reflect personalized and open. The worth of teaching network is optimizing the structure of teaching and process of teaching, improving teaching efficiency and effectiveness of teaching in great efforts. Teaching and Learning in teaching network is very different from it in traditional teaching, and also apply different requirements between teachers and students of basic literacy. This paper discuss the concept of network teaching、the characteristics of network teaching、the basic quality of students such as learning to learn、internet communication capability、 participate in the learning ability、the computer education and the basic quality of teachers such as interaction and participation feedback、 adjustment and help、effective teaching、student assessment.
