聯(lián)用氨氯地平、復方阿米洛利對老年高血壓的治療價值分析

Therapeutic value of amlodipine combined with compound amiloride in elderly patients with hypertension
摘要：目的：分析聯(lián)用氨氯地平、復方阿米洛利對老年高血壓的治療價值。方法：選取我院2016年5月到2018年10月86例患者，將本次選取的患者進行分組對比，分組方式采用的是隨機數(shù)字表法，本次分為對照組和試驗組，每組各43例患者，對照組采用氨氯地平聯(lián)合替米沙坦治療，試驗組給予氨氯地平聯(lián)合復方阿米洛進行治療，對比兩組患者治療效果和血壓狀況。結果：試驗組的總有效率明顯高于對照組總有效率，兩組數(shù)據(jù)對比，經(jīng)過統(tǒng)計學計算顯示有差異存在，說明對比有統(tǒng)計學意義P﹤0.05，試驗組的血壓狀況明顯優(yōu)于對照組，具有統(tǒng)計學意義p﹤0.05。結論：使用氨氯地平聯(lián)合復方阿米洛治療老年血壓有明顯的治療效果，能夠個改善患者的血壓狀況，值得臨床推廣應用。
ABSTRACT: Objective: To analyze the therapeutic value of amlodipine combined with compound amiloride in elderly patients with hypertension. Methods: 86 patients in our hospital from May 2016 to October 2018 were divided into two groups: control group and experimental group, 43 patients in each group. The control group was treated with amlodipine combined with telmisartan. The experimental group was treated with amlodipine combined with compound amilor. Therapeutic effect and blood pressure status. Result: The total effective rate of the experimental group was significantly higher than that of the control group. Statistical calculation showed that there were differences between the two groups, indicating that the comparison had statistical significance P ﹤ 0.05, and the blood pressure of the experimental group was significantly better than that of the control group, with statistical significance P ﹤ 0.05. CONCLUSION: Amlodipine combined with compound Amilor is effective in the treatment of elderly blood pressure, which can improve the blood pressure of patients and is worthy of clinical application.

由于我國人口老年化逐漸加重，高月牙的發(fā)病率也在不斷的上升，由于患者受不良習慣的影響，高血壓的發(fā)生率也在逐漸的上升，由于治療高血壓存在天花板消音，所以治療高血壓是預防腦血孤雁疾病的關鍵，早治療早受益，本文主要研究聯(lián)用氨氯地平、復方阿米洛利對老年高血壓的治療價值分析[1]�，F(xiàn)報道如下：
1資料與方法
1.1一般資料
選取我院2016年5月到2018年10月86例患者，將本次選取的患者進行分組對比，分組方式采用的是隨機數(shù)字表法，本次分為對照組和試驗組，每組各43例患者，對照組采用氨氯地平聯(lián)合替米沙坦治療，試驗組給予氨氯地平聯(lián)合復方阿米洛進行治療，，試驗組男17例患者，女26例患者，61歲～88歲，平均年齡（69.25±1.25）歲，對照組（未完，下一頁）
