例5：What goal shave you set and how did you meet them？
(你確定過什么目標(biāo)，你又是怎樣達到那些目標(biāo)的？)
這一問題在考查你預(yù)先計劃和以具體行動完成計劃的能力。你可答：
A：I now wish to enter an office where the work requires greater individual responsibility and judgment than here，and where there is more opportunity for advancement.(目前，本人希望進入一家可以擔(dān)負(fù)較大責(zé)任的公司，并希望能提供升遷機會。)
第三輪面試：
如果前面都很順利，最后一輪面試一般就是和公司的總裁面對面了。外企的總裁一般是老外，當(dāng)然面試就變成全英語的了。面試在求職過程中，可以說是壓力最大的一個環(huán)節(jié)。而英語面試又是比較難的一環(huán)，第三輪當(dāng)然是難上加難。總裁詢問的問題一般會和公司精神、企業(yè)文化、個人品質(zhì)、福利薪水有關(guān)。面對外國老板連珠炮似的提問，如果能回答得從容不迫、簡明扼要，恰當(dāng)中肯，合乎口味，那么肯定會大大增加你的錄取機會。
例6：I：What provide you with a sense of accomplishment.(什么會讓你有成就感？)
A：Doing my best job for your company.(為貴公司竭力效勞。)
例7：I：How do you handle your failure？(你怎樣對待自己的失��？)
A：None of us was born"perfect".I am sure I will be given a second chance to correct my mistake.
(我們大家生來都不是十全十美的，我相信我有第二個機會改正我的錯誤。)
例8：I：How do you normally handle criticism？(你通常如何處理別人的批評？)
A：Silence is golden.Just don‘t say anything；otherwise the situation could be come worse.I do，however，accept constructive criticism.
(沉默是金。不必說什么，否則情況更糟，不過我會接受建設(shè)性的批評。)
例9：I：What is most important in your life right now？(眼下你生活中最重要的是什么？)
A：To get a job in my field is most important to me.To secure employment hopefully with your company.I hope to demonstrate my ability and talents in my field adequately.
(對我來說，能在這個領(lǐng)域找到工作是最重要的。希望能在貴公司任職對我來說最重要的。我希望能充分展示我在這個行業(yè)的能力和智慧。)
例10：I：How long would you like to stay with this company？(你會在本公司服務(wù)多久呢？)
A：I will stay as long as I can continue to learn and to grow in my field.
(只要我能在我的行業(yè)力繼續(xù)學(xué)習(xí)和長進，我就會留在這里。)
例11：I：What range of pay-scale are you interested in？(你喜歡那一種薪水層次標(biāo)準(zhǔn)？)
