基于嵌入版MCGS與西門子PLC的串級(jí)溫度控制系統(tǒng)

摘要:采用嵌入版MCGS和西門子PLC S7-1200組建溫度控制系統(tǒng),該系統(tǒng)采用PID控制算法,控制燃?xì)夤艿赖碾妱?dòng)調(diào)節(jié)閥開度,從而控制燃?xì)獾牧髁,為保證調(diào)節(jié)的快速性和較強(qiáng)的抗干擾能力,這里采用了串級(jí)控制,檢測(cè)前一級(jí)爐膛的溫度,構(gòu)成副環(huán)控制回路,這樣可以及時(shí)調(diào)整通風(fēng)強(qiáng)度不同導(dǎo)致的含氧量的擾動(dòng)和燃?xì)饧兌纫鸬臄_動(dòng),爐膛用來加熱物料,主控回路的輸出是物料溫度,與副環(huán)爐膛溫度控制回路構(gòu)成串級(jí)控制。該系統(tǒng)具備快速性,穩(wěn)定性和較強(qiáng)的抗干擾能力,能夠?qū)崿F(xiàn)在MCGS組態(tài)屏中修改手動(dòng)或自動(dòng)調(diào)節(jié)方式,調(diào)節(jié)期望溫度,調(diào)整PID參數(shù)等。
Cascade temperature control system based on embedded MCGS and Siemens PLC.
ABSRTACT: An embedded MCGS and Siemens PLC S7-1200 are used to set up the temperature control system. The system adopts PID Control Algorithm to control the opening degree of the electric control valve of the gas pipeline, so as to control the gas flow. In order to ensure the rapidity of adjustment and strong anti-interference ability, cascade control is adopted here. The temperature of the first stage furnace is detected, and a sub-loop control loop is formed. In this way, the disturbance of oxygen content caused by different ventilation intensity and the disturbance of gas purity can be adjusted in time. The furnace is used to heat the material. The output of the main control loop is the material temperature. The cascade control system consists of the main material temperature control loop and the secondary furnace temperature control loop. The system has the advantages of rapidity, stability and strong anti-interference ability. It can modify manual or automatic adjustment mode in MCGS configuration screen. It can also adjust expected temperature , PID parameters and so on. .

MCGS組態(tài)屏,DC24V供電,可視性好,分辨率高,通信穩(wěn)定,通用性強(qiáng);本次所選的西門子PLC S7-1200包含模擬量輸入輸出端口和數(shù)字量輸入輸出端口,便于溫度信號(hào)的采集、運(yùn)算。PLC穩(wěn)定性相對(duì)較好,工作頻率快,周期短,與單純的繼電器和接觸器等組成的硬件系統(tǒng)相比,體積小,可靠性好,穩(wěn)定性強(qiáng)。溫度控制在冶金煉鋼、孵化、供暖、生物醫(yī)藥、化學(xué)化工都極為常見,溫度控制是否精準(zhǔn),直接關(guān)系到結(jié)果成敗,關(guān)乎產(chǎn)品精度。溫度控制系統(tǒng)在現(xiàn)實(shí)中不可避免包含多種擾動(dòng),設(shè)計(jì)為串級(jí)控制,將主要擾動(dòng)和較多擾動(dòng)包含在副回路中,可以有效提高抗擾性能,提高調(diào)節(jié)速度和穩(wěn)態(tài)精度。這里設(shè)計(jì)的基于MCGS和PLC的溫度控制系統(tǒng)具有直觀方便可靠的控制性能。
