鉆鉸復(fù)合刀具在汽車制動(dòng)鼓加工中的運(yùn)用

摘要：汽車制動(dòng)鼓是汽車保安件中非常重要的部分，對汽車行駛安全產(chǎn)生直接影響，近年來人們的生活水平和經(jīng)濟(jì)水平不斷提升，汽車保有量開始增加，帶動(dòng)汽車產(chǎn)業(yè)的快速發(fā)展，且汽車成為人們?nèi)粘Ｉ詈凸ぷ鞯闹匾煌üぞ撸苿?dòng)系統(tǒng)是汽車最為重要的保安系統(tǒng)，一旦出現(xiàn)汽車制動(dòng)鼓的安全問題，將會(huì)引發(fā)嚴(yán)重的交通事故，合理進(jìn)行汽車制動(dòng)鼓加工質(zhì)量的控制勢在必行�；诖耍疚姆治銎囍苿�(dòng)鼓，提出鉆鉸復(fù)合刀具在產(chǎn)品加工中的應(yīng)用措施，旨在為提升汽車制動(dòng)鼓的加工質(zhì)量和水平而提供幫助。

Application of Drilling and Reaming Compound Cutter in the Processing of Automobile Brake Drum

Abstract: Automobile brake drum is a very important part of automobile security parts, which has a direct impact on automobile driving safety. In recent years, people’s living standard and economic level have been continuously improved, and the number of automobiles has begun to increase, driving the rapid development of the automobile industry. Moreover, automobiles have become an important means of transportation for people’s daily life and work, and the braking system is the most important security system of automobiles. Once the safety problem of automobile brake drum occurs, It will cause serious traffic accidents, so it is imperative to reasonably control the processing quality of automobile brake drum. Based on this, this paper analyzes the automobile brake drum, and puts forward the application measures of drilling and reaming compound tools in product processing, in order to provide help for improving the processing quality and level of automobile brake drum.

當(dāng)前，我國多數(shù)交通安全事故的發(fā)生，都是由于汽車本身存在質(zhì)量問題或者是制動(dòng)系統(tǒng)發(fā)生故障，而制動(dòng)器失效是最為重要的因素，主要表現(xiàn)為制動(dòng)鼓失效，合理進(jìn)行制動(dòng)鼓加工質(zhì)量的控制和維護(hù)非常重要。傳統(tǒng)的制動(dòng)鼓加工過程中由于工藝技術(shù)較為落后，不能確保加工的質(zhì)量，導(dǎo)致制動(dòng)鼓的檢修率增加，失效問題的發(fā)生率難以控制，嚴(yán)重威脅行車安全。因此，建議在汽車制動(dòng)鼓實(shí)際加工制作的過程中積極采用現(xiàn)代化的工藝技術(shù)，引進(jìn)鉆鉸復(fù)合刀具，改善制動(dòng)鼓加工的現(xiàn)狀，維護(hù)其質(zhì)量和安全性，確保汽車的安全行駛。
1 汽車制動(dòng)鼓分析
目前我國汽車較為常見的制動(dòng)器部件主要就是鼓式的制動(dòng)器設(shè)備，組成部分為固定部件、旋轉(zhuǎn)部件和張開機(jī)構(gòu)，其中旋轉(zhuǎn)部件主要固定在輪轂上方，和車輪共同進(jìn)行旋轉(zhuǎn)，而固定的部件則涉及到制動(dòng)底板部分和制動(dòng)蹄的部分，主要是在制動(dòng)底板上固定支承銷和張開機(jī)構(gòu)，而在制動(dòng)蹄上方固定摩擦片鉚、下方在支承銷上進(jìn)行松套處理，（未完，下一頁）
