新型電動(dòng)汽車充電樁控制系統(tǒng)設(shè)計(jì)及應(yīng)用研究

摘要:電動(dòng)汽車作為環(huán)境保護(hù)發(fā)展產(chǎn)物之一,充分利用電能資源為汽車行駛提供動(dòng)力,在很大程度上降低了汽車尾氣排放對(duì)環(huán)境造成的污染。隨著市場(chǎng)需求量的增加,電動(dòng)汽車數(shù)量越來(lái)越多,因而加大了對(duì)充電樁建設(shè)要求。由于當(dāng)前建設(shè)的充電樁存在通信設(shè)備建設(shè)成本偏高、數(shù)據(jù)通信不兼容等問(wèn)題,不適合在地下車庫(kù)等復(fù)雜環(huán)境中應(yīng)用,所以需要重點(diǎn)研究充電樁控制系統(tǒng)的數(shù)據(jù)通信不兼容問(wèn)題,同時(shí)提升用戶體驗(yàn)評(píng)價(jià)。為了優(yōu)化充電樁控制系統(tǒng),選取STM32F407ZET6作為處理器,將充電樁控制模塊、云服務(wù)器、用戶APP客服端組合到一起,開發(fā)新的系統(tǒng)方案。該系統(tǒng)通過(guò)藍(lán)牙建立用戶手機(jī)與充電樁之間的通信,利用4G/5G/wifi,創(chuàng)建服務(wù)器與移動(dòng)終端之間的通信,通過(guò)4G/5G/wifi作為通信渠道,建立服務(wù)器與用戶手機(jī)之間的通信。系統(tǒng)應(yīng)用測(cè)試結(jié)果顯示,本系統(tǒng)能夠通過(guò)藍(lán)牙連接,將該充電樁的充電槍與此用戶的電動(dòng)汽車充電接口連接,按照預(yù)約先后順序安排充電,可以根據(jù)設(shè)定的充電服務(wù)要求,為電動(dòng)汽車按時(shí)充電/某時(shí)段充電。所以,該系統(tǒng)可以作為電動(dòng)汽車充電樁控制工具。

Abstract: as one of the development products of environmental protection, electric vehicles make full use of electric energy resources to provide power for vehicle driving, and reduce the environmental pollution caused by vehicle exhaust emission to a great extent. With the increase of market demand, the number of electric vehicles is increasing, which increases the requirements for the construction of charging piles. Due to the problems of high construction cost of communication equipment and incompatibility of data communication in the current charging pile, it is not suitable for application in complex environments such as underground garage. Therefore, it is necessary to focus on the incompatibility of data communication in the charging pile control system and improve the evaluation of user experience. In order to optimize the charging point control system, stm32f407zet6 is selected as the processor to combine the charging point control module, cloud server and user app customer service terminal to develop a new system scheme. The system establishes the communication between the user’s mobile phone and the charging pile through Bluetooth, uses 4G / 5G / WiFi to create the communication between the server and the mobile terminal, and uses 4G / 5G / WiFi as the communication channel to establish the communication between the server and the user’s mobile (未完,下一頁(yè))
