基于STM32單片機(jī)的智能消防機(jī)器人設(shè)計(jì)研究

摘要:近年來(lái),我國(guó)工業(yè)技術(shù)快速發(fā)展的過(guò)程中,消防機(jī)器人受到廣泛的重視,成為重要的標(biāo)志性產(chǎn)品,具有智能化和靈活性的特點(diǎn),受到廣泛運(yùn)用,尤其是消防火災(zāi)撲救,消防工作人員不能準(zhǔn)確預(yù)測(cè)火災(zāi)現(xiàn)場(chǎng)的實(shí)際情況,可能會(huì)受到現(xiàn)場(chǎng)易燃易爆物品或是化學(xué)腐蝕物品的影響,出現(xiàn)生命安全風(fēng)險(xiǎn),而采用智能化消防機(jī)器人技術(shù),就能有效解決消防火災(zāi)撲救過(guò)程中的安全風(fēng)險(xiǎn)隱患問(wèn)題,具有一定的重要意義;诖耍疚难芯炕赟TM32單片機(jī)的智能消防機(jī)器人設(shè)計(jì),提出幾點(diǎn)設(shè)計(jì)的措施,旨在為增強(qiáng)消防工作的安全性和可靠性提供幫助。

Design and research of intelligent fire fighting robot based on STM32 single chip microcomputer

Abstract: in recent years, with the rapid development of China’s industrial technology, fire robots have received extensive attention and become important landmark products. They have the characteristics of intelligence and flexibility and are widely used, especially in fire fighting. Fire workers can not accurately predict the actual situation of the fire scene, and may be affected by flammable, explosive or chemical corrosive substances on the scene, resulting in life safety risks, The use of intelligent fire-fighting robot technology can effectively solve the potential safety risks in the process of fire fighting, which is of great significance. Based on this, this paper studies the design of intelligent fire-fighting robot based on STM32 single chip microcomputer, and puts forward some design measures to help enhance the safety and reliability of fire-fighting work.

當(dāng)前,國(guó)際很多西方發(fā)達(dá)國(guó)家已經(jīng)開(kāi)始研究開(kāi)發(fā)具備偵查能力的消防機(jī)器人,我國(guó)消防機(jī)器人的研發(fā)處于初步階段,雖然軟件與硬件的開(kāi)發(fā)趨于成熟,依然存在缺點(diǎn)問(wèn)題,功能化的水平較低,自主智能化程度難以提升,急迫需要進(jìn)行系統(tǒng)的改進(jìn)和優(yōu)化。而將STM32單片機(jī)作為基礎(chǔ)的智能化消防機(jī)器人,能夠提升消防工作的安全性,因此在實(shí)際工作中應(yīng)重點(diǎn)結(jié)合消防滅火的需求,合理設(shè)計(jì)基于STM32單片機(jī)的智能消防機(jī)器人。
1 基于STM32單片機(jī)的智能消防機(jī)器人設(shè)計(jì)
1.1 設(shè)計(jì)思路
基于STM32單片機(jī)的智能化消防機(jī)器人,主要是由人機(jī)互動(dòng)界面部分、感知平臺(tái)、運(yùn)動(dòng)平臺(tái)、傳感器檢測(cè)設(shè)備、車體組合而成,如圖1所示。實(shí)際設(shè)計(jì)的過(guò)程中將STM32單片機(jī)中的主芯片進(jìn)行多種任務(wù)的處理,在機(jī)器人外部設(shè)置溫度傳感器、氣體和水壓傳感器、超聲波傳感器、陀螺儀設(shè)備等,能準(zhǔn)確采集火災(zāi)現(xiàn)場(chǎng)和周圍的數(shù)據(jù)信息,同時(shí)為提高數(shù)據(jù)傳輸效果,設(shè)計(jì)現(xiàn)代化的數(shù)字通信模塊。且在車體內(nèi)部設(shè)計(jì)的過(guò)程中,主要配置前后攝像頭、高清攝像頭、熱成像攝像頭,有效進(jìn)行各類視頻的切換、傳輸處理,將所傳輸?shù)囊曨l和圖像等利(未完,下一頁(yè))
