基于形態(tài)學(xué)的機(jī)械臂傳動機(jī)構(gòu)振動信號降噪研究

摘要:為了提高機(jī)械臂傳動機(jī)構(gòu)的運(yùn)行穩(wěn)定性,設(shè)計了一種基于形態(tài)學(xué)方法的機(jī)械臂振動信號降噪方法。形態(tài)學(xué)算法可以獲得理想的脈沖噪聲去除效果,實現(xiàn)良好脈沖噪聲抑制性能。利用形態(tài)學(xué)濾波方法可以對振動信號誤差起到更優(yōu)的抑制性能。搭建了實驗平臺,并開展信號測試。研究結(jié)果表明:本文算法可充分保留特征頻率,同時獲取的噪聲抑制性能都相對更為理想。實驗測試結(jié)果得出在抑制噪聲性能方面本文算法的效果相對更為顯著,所提取狀態(tài)特征的準(zhǔn)確度更高。該研究可以拓寬到其它的機(jī)械傳動領(lǐng)域,具有很好的推廣價值。

Abstract: In order to improve the operating stability of the manipulator transmission mechanism, a vibration signal denoising method based on morphology was designed. Morphology algorithm can obtain ideal effect of pulse noise removal and achieve good performance of pulse noise suppression. The morphological filtering method can better suppress the vibration signal error. The experimental platform is built and the signal test is carried out. The results show that the proposed algorithm can fully preserve the characteristic frequency and obtain better noise suppression performance. The experimental results show that the proposed algorithm is more effective in noise suppression performance, and the accuracy of extracting state features is higher. This research can be extended to other fields of mechanical transmission and has a good value of popularization.

1 引言
作為一個結(jié)構(gòu)相對復(fù)雜的系統(tǒng),機(jī)械臂的主要特征包括高度非線性、多輸入多輸出及高精度,早已廣泛應(yīng)用于安全防爆、工業(yè)裝配等領(lǐng)域,并展現(xiàn)出獨(dú)特的操作靈活性[1]。未建模動態(tài)、外界干擾、參數(shù)攝動等不確定性存在于該系統(tǒng)中。作為一項重要應(yīng)用技術(shù),檢測機(jī)械裝備故障特征時以振動信號為依據(jù),從而實現(xiàn)設(shè)備部件故障信號的迅速提取,保障診斷結(jié)果的準(zhǔn)確性,故障預(yù)測需求也因此得到充分滿足[2]。采取預(yù)處理誤差抑制參數(shù)時參考噪聲去除效果,促進(jìn)保障故障識別率的提高,工作環(huán)境在設(shè)備健康監(jiān)測過程中的變化程度將明顯減少[3]。
去除噪聲的方法主要以小波分解閾值方法為主,為保證獲取較佳的去噪效果,選取合適閾值來設(shè)置小波系數(shù),經(jīng)對比得出信號包含去噪高斯特征噪聲可實現(xiàn)較好的去噪效果[4]。文獻(xiàn)[5]利用多層小波閾值方法對雷達(dá)弱回聲信號進(jìn)行了去除處理,文獻(xiàn)[6]則通過小波閾值降噪與HHT共同識別車削加工振動信號,還有學(xué)者在文獻(xiàn)[7]中利(未完,下一頁)
