(接上頁)提高到15V。信號(hào)的極性由跳線E17控制。缺省值為低電平(導(dǎo)通)時(shí)有效。
(3)回零信號(hào)(HMFLn)
一個(gè)回零開關(guān)和接在該針上(HMFL1為針55)與模擬地之間(AGND),由總線供電,接在數(shù)字地上(GND)上。開關(guān)可以是常開或常閉的;打開時(shí)為高(1);亓阈盘(hào)的極性可由編碼器I變量2和3控制。

The Design on the Open PMAC-basedNumerical Control Teaching Platform Hardware

Abstract: Currently,practical training of the CNC technology in some vocational training institutions focuses on cultivating students’ skills in CNC programming and CNC machine operation, while, less attention are paid to implementing objectives in CNC technology students’ ability and quality from the perspective of systematical planning, application and development. Therefore, an integrated CNC experimental platform in the field of numerical integration has been designed, that is, IPC (industrially controlled computer) machine + motion controller, the system of open CNC system, using the characteristics of the system---open, to achieve a new teaching mode in numerically controlled technology. The paper emphasizes hardware structure in the numerical control system, the various hardware components and hardware connections.
