       摘要:職業(yè)教育是教育與經(jīng)濟(jì)的重要結(jié)合點(diǎn),是把人才資源轉(zhuǎn)化為智力優(yōu)勢(shì),把智力優(yōu)勢(shì)轉(zhuǎn)化為現(xiàn)實(shí)生產(chǎn)力的重要橋梁,是培養(yǎng)初中級(jí)技術(shù)人員、管理人員、技術(shù)工人和城鄉(xiāng)各行各業(yè)熟練勞動(dòng)者和提高全民族素質(zhì)最直接、最有意義、最迅速的途徑,是振興當(dāng)代經(jīng)濟(jì)的重要措施。烹飪職業(yè)學(xué)校培養(yǎng)的畢業(yè)生素質(zhì)如何,是否能夠順利頂崗生產(chǎn),這是職教別于普教的重要標(biāo)志,是檢驗(yàn)職業(yè)學(xué)校辦學(xué)質(zhì)量的重要依據(jù)。學(xué)生的技能形成是職校教學(xué)的根本目的。合理安排訓(xùn)練項(xiàng)目,使技能訓(xùn)練貫穿教學(xué)始終;嚴(yán)格執(zhí)行六字操作教學(xué)法,及時(shí)加強(qiáng)技能訓(xùn);遵循技能形成規(guī)律,提高技能訓(xùn)練效果;不斷完善實(shí)習(xí)條件,增加訓(xùn)練基礎(chǔ);培養(yǎng)具有全面素質(zhì)烹飪專業(yè)學(xué)生,以適應(yīng)社會(huì)的需求。
