醫(yī)院藥學管理

摘要：深化醫(yī)院藥學管理工作，探索醫(yī)院藥學工作模式。方法：醫(yī)院藥學是醫(yī)院醫(yī)療工作的重要組成部分，隨著科學技術的發(fā)展和人民群眾生活水平的提高, 新時期醫(yī)院藥學發(fā)展已面臨新的挑戰(zhàn)與機遇,本文通過對醫(yī)院藥學管理現(xiàn)狀進行探討展望。結論：目前國內醫(yī)院藥學工作模式大都還停留在以調配供藥為主的傳統(tǒng)時期,這與新時期人們的生活水平、生命質量以及社會經濟發(fā)展不相適應，醫(yī)院藥學的發(fā)展應從以調配供藥為主的傳統(tǒng)時期轉向以改善病人生活質量為目標的藥學監(jiān)護新時期。

The Pharmaceutical Management in Hospital

ABSTRACT OBJECTIVE: Deepening the pharmacy management and exploring the mode of pharmacy in hospital. METHODS: Hospital pharmacy is an important part of the medical work in hospital. With the development of science and technology as well as the improvement of people’s living standards,we are confronted with the new challenges and opportunities in developping the hospital pharmacy.Therefore,in this article,I will discuss the current situation of pharmaceutical management in hospital,and then,put forward my prospect. RESULTS & CONCLUSION: Currently，the mode of hospital pharmacy is still in a traditional period when the medicine is only supplied by distribution.Naturally,this condition can not adapt to the people’s living standards,the quality of their lives and the development of the socio-economy.As a result,we need to shift the traditional mode of hospital pharmacy into a new mode which the consideration of patients should be regard as the crux in pharmaceutical care.

隨著現(xiàn)代醫(yī)藥科學技術的迅速發(fā)展，專業(yè)化分工越來越細，這就需要新的工作模式，以適應醫(yī)院的整體建設發(fā)展。醫(yī)院藥學面臨前所未有的挑戰(zhàn),醫(yī)院藥學的發(fā)展取決于社會環(huán)境需求和人民群眾對醫(yī)院藥學的需求。
一 藥學服務范疇
醫(yī)院藥師能夠為改善醫(yī)療結果和降低成本作出貢獻。藥學服務體現(xiàn)了一種全新的藥學工作理念，藥師的任務是提供藥學服務。藥學服務是以改善病人生活質量為目標，囊括了藥師與患者和其他衛(wèi)生專業(yè)人員協(xié)作、實施、藥學監(jiān)護的過程，其內涵已超出了合理用藥的范疇。
二藥房工作質量管理規(guī)范
藥房工作質量管理規(guī)范代表了一種國際性努力,匯集了各種藥房實踐的概念 。國際藥學聯(lián)合會竭力倡導藥房工作質量管理規(guī)范,是因其認為使藥房的許多任務需具體化,反映了藥學界學者對醫(yī)療保健制度改革的全球性反應。優(yōu)良藥房工作規(guī)范(Good Pharacy Practice,GPP)是藥師在藥房中實施"藥學服務"的行為準則,是衡量藥師為病人服務質量的標準,也是藥房自覺按照科學化、規(guī)范化和人本化管理的過程[1]。主要包括: (1)促進健康和預防疾病。 (2)醫(yī)院藥房的責任是（未完，下一頁）
