Study On Innovating The Pattern of Inviting investments
Abstract: Inviting investments has once played the huge role in our country economy development, but our country`s inviting investments pattern malpractice is revealed along with the economical development. The reason is various, the biggest reason is the government and the enterprise does not permit the localization in inviting investments, the government is the macroscopic market main body but the enterprise is the microscopic market main body. Therefore, our country needs takes the powerful measure from macroscopic aspect and the microscopic aspect, founds the new inviting investments pattern, causes the government to be on the investment guidance status in macroscopic, the enterprise then truly becomes the microscopic market main body of inviting investments, causes the enterprise and the government returns to the position which they are supposed to occupy.
