自動(dòng)抄片三自由度氣動(dòng)機(jī)械手設(shè)計(jì)

摘要: 為了克服現(xiàn)有抄片機(jī)手工操作引起的種種產(chǎn)品缺陷 , 采用模塊化、集成化、邏輯分析等方法 , 針對(duì)特殊使用要求設(shè)計(jì)了一種應(yīng)用在高性能紙基摩擦材料抄片工藝上的氣動(dòng)機(jī)械手 , 包括機(jī)械手硬件結(jié)構(gòu)、動(dòng)作流程以及氣動(dòng)控制回路。采用 AS_i總線整合機(jī)械手傳感器、終端位置控制器、閥島和控制器等 , 具有上擴(kuò)展能力 , 可以達(dá)到設(shè)計(jì)使用要求。
