車銑加工中心刀塔結(jié)構(gòu)的動(dòng)力學(xué)建模

摘要: 由于車銑加工中心刀塔結(jié)構(gòu)的復(fù)雜性和多結(jié)合面性 , 本文將其分解為四個(gè)子系統(tǒng) , 結(jié)合面用等效彈簧和等效阻尼代替 , 利用一個(gè)柔性結(jié)合點(diǎn)可以用二個(gè)剛性結(jié)合點(diǎn)和一個(gè)子結(jié)構(gòu)替換的原理 , 并運(yùn)用機(jī)械阻抗凝聚法和子結(jié)構(gòu)綜合法建立了刀塔結(jié)構(gòu)的動(dòng)力學(xué)模型。

Abstract: For the comp lexity and multi p le j oint surface of the knife t ower structure, its structure was divided int o four subsystems, j oint surface was rep laced by the state of combining with the equivalent sp ring and equivalent damp ing, a dynamicsmodelwas set up t o utilize the p rinci p le that one flexibilities j oint - point can be rep laced by a subsystemswhose power of characteristics equivalent the j oint - surface’ s dynamic characteristics combining with t wo rigidity j oint - points, and t o use the law of mechanical i mpedance condensati on and the law of sub - structure comp rehensiveness1
