宮腔鏡結(jié)合C-erbB-2、nm23及ER表達(dá)對子宮內(nèi)膜癌早期診斷意義

摘要：目的 探討宮腔鏡結(jié)合C-erbB-2、nm23及ER表達(dá)在子宮內(nèi)膜癌中的診斷意義。方法 宮腔鏡檢查2400例患者，對篩查出的35例子宮內(nèi)膜癌、10例內(nèi)膜不典型增生及10例正常內(nèi)膜，用免疫組化SP法檢測C-erbB-2、nm23和ER表達(dá)。結(jié)果 ：C-erbB-2、nm23、ER陽性表達(dá)率依次為74.29%、51.43%、54.29%；50%、30%、60%；30%、10%、90%。三者nm23、ER陽性表達(dá)率明顯升高，差異有顯著性(P﹤0.05)； C-erbB-2陽性表達(dá)率明顯降低，差異有顯著性(P﹤0.05)。宮腔鏡定位活檢確診子宮內(nèi)膜癌35例（35/2400），占1.46%。結(jié)論 宮腔鏡直觀病灶，結(jié)合C-erbB-2、nm23及ER表達(dá)對內(nèi)膜癌早期診斷有意義。

Abstract: Objective: To detect the significance of hysteroscopy combined with the expression of C-erbB-2、nm23 and ER in early diagnostic of endometrial carcinoma. Methods: 2400 patients were examined by hysteroscopy, the expression of C-erbB-2、nm23 and ER were examined in SP immunohistochemical method among the 35 cases of endometrial carcinoma\10 cases of uterus atypical hyperplasia endometrium and 10 cases of normal endometrium .Results: the positive expression rates of C-erbB-2、nm23 and ER is74.29%、51.43% 、54.29%;50 % 、30%、60%；30%、10%、90%;respectively. in the three endometrium tissues, the positive expression rates of nm23 and ER is higher significantly(p﹤0.05);the positive expression of C-erbB-2 is lower significantly(p﹤0.05). using hysteroscopy combined with directed biopsies showed 35 cases of endometrial carcinoma（35/2400）, the percentage is 1.46%。Conclusion: Hysteroscopy can be used to observe the endometrial focusis and biopsies ,which combined with the expression of C-erbB-2、m23 and ER have great significant in early diagnosis of endometrial carcinoma.
