旋風除塵器二次揚塵的影響因素及改進方案

摘要：對旋風除塵器二次揚塵的影響因素進行了分析，總結出錐體部分的結構影響分離效率，對錐體部分進行了結構改進，形成雙排灰結構，以提高旋風除塵器的分離效率，為進一步挖掘旋風除塵器的潛能開辟新的思路。

Abstract：The influence faetors of reentrainment of cyclone dust collector were analyzed．The result showed that the structure of conical part of collector influenced separation efficiency，SO it was renovated with double ash discharge structure to improve the separation efficiency of collector．’Ihe renovation provided a new way to develop the potency of cyclone dust collector．
