摘 要:2~5m 波段中紅外激光在遙感、測距、環(huán)境檢測、生物工程和醫(yī)療等領(lǐng)域有著廣闊的發(fā)展前景和重要的應(yīng)用價值,己成為光電子技術(shù)領(lǐng)域
中最尖端的課題之一。利用固體激光器泵浦稀土離子摻雜的硫系玻璃光纖產(chǎn)生熒光發(fā)射是直接獲得 2~5m 波段中紅外激光的有效途徑。綜合評述了
近年來國外在中紅外發(fā)光稀土離子摻雜硫系玻璃方面的研究進展,討論了影響硫系玻璃中紅外發(fā)光的各種因素,展望了未來該領(lǐng)域的研究方向和發(fā)展
前景。

MID-INFRARED LUMINESCENCE

Abstract: The mid-infrared laser in the range of 2–5m has been developed to apply to the fields of remote sensing, ranging, envi-
ronmental monitoring, biological engineering and medical treatment, etc.. Luminescence emission from the rare-earth ions in chalco-
genide glass fiber which was pumped by solid-state laser is an effective and direct way to obtain the mid-infrared laser in the region of
2–5m. This review represents the recent development on the studies of rare-earth doped chalcogenide glass for mid-infrared lumi-
nescence abroad and analyzed the factors influencing the mid-infrared luminescence in chalcogenide glass. Further studies on this
aspect were mentioned and prospected.

2~5m 中紅外波段激光位于大氣的 3 個傳輸窗口(1~3m,3~5m,8~14m)內(nèi),并且覆蓋了許多重要的分子特征譜線,因此,在遙感、測距、環(huán)境檢測、生物工程和醫(yī)療等領(lǐng)域有著廣泛的應(yīng)用,具體包括:戰(zhàn)術(shù)導(dǎo)彈尾焰紅外輻射模擬、人眼安全的激光雷達、激光定向紅外干擾等軍事用途以及遙感化學(xué)傳感、空氣污染控制(環(huán)境中 10–9 級含量的甲醛、一氧化氮、二氧化氮、硫化氫、三氫化砷等有害氣體的檢測)、激光手術(shù)刀等民事應(yīng)用;[1–4] 此外,
