摘 要: 針對(duì)目前生活垃圾在處理和運(yùn)輸中存在的問(wèn)題, 指出了遠(yuǎn)距離運(yùn)輸垃圾前須對(duì)垃圾進(jìn)
行壓縮預(yù)處理。介紹了 LY63S- 130 型垃圾壓縮機(jī)的工作原理, 給出了垃圾處理的系統(tǒng)控制流程圖,
以及整機(jī)的三維效果圖。闡述了機(jī)械部分的設(shè)計(jì)思想, 其中包括筋板體、 機(jī)柱、 收集箱和壓頭等主要
零部件的材料選擇及結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì)。該機(jī)采用計(jì)算機(jī)和傳感器自動(dòng)控制技術(shù), 結(jié)構(gòu)簡(jiǎn)單, 防腐手段可靠,
占地面積小, 運(yùn)行穩(wěn)定, 提高了工作效率, 降低了工人的勞動(dòng)強(qiáng)度和使用成本。

Design and Realization of a Dedicated Oper ation System
for Controller s of Construction Machinery (Par t 1)
Due to its importance in basic machine and hardware platform va-
riety, construction machinery controllers require a dedicated oper-
ation system of high reliability, real time, low resource occupation
and the ability of transplantation. For this reason, the operation
system is developed with 100% C language so that some founda-
tional functions such as task scheduling, information mechanism
and memory management etc are realized with very refined codes.
In task scheduling, design concepts of timing driving and task
turning around in PLC well known by its high reliability are
adopted in stead of commonly used task seizing mode, which sim-
plifies the system structure, increase reliability and maintenance,
and is with high transplantation ability due to the avoidance of
compiling codes necessary to support task seizure. The information
mechanism between tasks elaborately designed could effectively
enhance modular level of the applied software and reduce cou-
pling between tasks. A user selectable memory management mod-
ule provides a dynamic memory management function for larger
system. Practical application of the operation system to various
control products from Intelligent Engineering Institute of Sany
Heavy Industry shows its high promotion value.
