摘要
在工業(yè)的各個領(lǐng)域,如冶金,機(jī)械,建材,化工等部門,多種形式爐窯成為其重要生產(chǎn)設(shè)備。爐窯運(yùn)行過程中,需要檢測與控制的參量較多,但基本上都是圍繞“溫度”這個中心。對于不同爐窯而言,加熱方法與所用燃料均有差異,但它們對能源的消耗頗為可觀。事實(shí)證明,對爐窯中的各有關(guān)參量實(shí)行微型計算機(jī)控制,無論是在提高產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量與數(shù)量、節(jié)約能源,還是在改善勞動環(huán)境等方面都顯示出優(yōu)越性。
本文設(shè)計了以8098單片機(jī)為核心的煤氣加熱爐溫度控制系統(tǒng),它可實(shí)現(xiàn)數(shù)據(jù)采集、數(shù)據(jù)顯示以及報警預(yù)處理。具體討論了純滯后系統(tǒng)的大林算法及工程實(shí)現(xiàn)方法,而且還通過仿真對大林算法和PID進(jìn)行了分析比較。

Abstract
In the industrial fields such as metallurgy, machinery, building materials, chemicals, and other departments, various forms Furnaces become an important production equipment. Furnaces run process, the need for detection and control of the Senate is more, but basically revolves around the "temperature" for the center. For different furnaces, heating methods and the type of fuel are differences, but their energy consumption is quite impressive. Facts have proved that the kiln in the implementation of the relevant parameters of micro-computer control, both in improving product quality and quantity, energy conservation, or to improve the working environment and so on It have shown its superiority.
This paper was designed to 8098 microcontroller as the core gas furnace temperature control system, it can achieve data collection, data and alarm pretreatment. Discussed the specific time delay system DALIN algorithm and engineering methods, but also through the simulation of DALIN and PID algorithm ,We make a comparative analysis.
