摘要
本文設(shè)計(jì)的直流PWM調(diào)速系統(tǒng)采用的是調(diào)壓調(diào)速,整個(gè)系統(tǒng)采用了轉(zhuǎn)速、電流雙閉環(huán)控制結(jié)構(gòu)。系統(tǒng)主電路采用大功率GTR為開關(guān)器件、H橋雙極式電路為功率放大電路的結(jié)構(gòu), 即可完成不可逆調(diào)速同時(shí)也可完可逆調(diào)速。PWM調(diào)制部分是在ARM嵌入式開發(fā)平臺(tái)之上,運(yùn)用C語言編程控制S3C2410X芯片的定時(shí)器來產(chǎn)生兩路互補(bǔ)的寬度可調(diào)的矩形波。通過調(diào)節(jié)這兩路波形的寬度來控制H電路中的GTR通斷時(shí)間,以達(dá)到調(diào)節(jié)電機(jī)速度的目的。增加了系統(tǒng)的靈活性和精確性,使整個(gè)PWM脈沖的產(chǎn)生過程得到了大大的簡化。

Abstract
The PWM motor speed control system in my project is designed with the mode of voltage control, and the entire system is based on the double Closed-Loop structure.The main circuit of the system is made up of large power GTR which is used as switch and bipolar H-bridge circuit which is used as power amplifier. Such kind of implemetation can perform irrevertable or reverable speed control. The part of PWM is built on the platform of ARM embedded system. It can generate two adjustable impulses which can complement each other through the control of the timers in S3C2410X chip by C Programming. In order to control the open or close time of GTR,the width of two channel impulses are adjusted. As a result, the the speed control of motor can be reached. Such implemetation increas the flexibility and precision of the system, so the procedure of producing PWM pulses is simplfied in great degree.
