摘要:
本設(shè)計的主要任務(wù)是內(nèi)蒙古包頭市磴口水廠給水工程設(shè)計。設(shè)計的主要內(nèi)容包括:設(shè)計規(guī)模的確定、給水系統(tǒng)選擇、給水方案比較、取水工程設(shè)計、凈水廠設(shè)計和二級泵房設(shè)計。
設(shè)計書由設(shè)計資料、設(shè)計說明書和設(shè)計計算書三部分組成。
本設(shè)計的設(shè)計規(guī)模是6.5萬m3/d,以黃河干流為水源。采用的給水系統(tǒng)為:源水→斗槽(一泵房)→管式靜態(tài)混合器→機(jī)械絮凝池 + 往復(fù)式隔板絮凝池→平流式沉淀池→V型濾池→清水池→二泵→城市管網(wǎng)。選用硫酸鋁為混凝劑,液氯為消毒劑。水廠出水水質(zhì)要求達(dá)到生活飲用水衛(wèi)生規(guī)范(2001)。
水廠位于包頭市郊,城市的東南方,地面標(biāo)高為1058m,總占地面積4.70公頃,綠化面積約占25%,附屬面積約占總面積的15%,內(nèi)設(shè)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化籃球場和排球場,力爭創(chuàng)建一個清新怡人的現(xiàn)代化水廠。
