摘要
如何高效、快速、無損地對(duì)蓄電池進(jìn)行科學(xué)充電,一直是蓄電池界關(guān)心的問題。雖然蓄電池問世至今也有100多年的歷史,但是由于技術(shù)條件的限制,其充電一度主要采用恒壓、恒壓限流、恒流等模式,這些充電方法未能遵從電池內(nèi)部的物理化學(xué)規(guī)律,大多存在著嚴(yán)重的過充電和析氣等現(xiàn)象,F(xiàn)行的各種充電方法中,由于種種原因,其充電電流未能依據(jù)蓄電池的狀態(tài)變化動(dòng)態(tài)地跟蹤可接受的充電電流曲線,因此充電質(zhì)量和效果并不理想。由于充電效率低,在充電過程中將會(huì)造成大量的氣體析出,析氣使正極板腐蝕,導(dǎo)致蓄電池?fù)p壞,嚴(yán)重地影響蓄電池的使用壽命。對(duì)于蓄電池使用者來說,蓄電池的管理維護(hù)固然重要,但高效、無傷害的充電裝置更是對(duì)提高蓄電池的使用效率、延長其使用壽命起著非常關(guān)鍵的作用。因此,既能提高能量利用效率,加快充電速度,又不影響鉛酸蓄電池使用壽命的新型高效、快速、無損的充電技術(shù)成為迅速發(fā)展的現(xiàn)代電力電子技術(shù)備受關(guān)注的研究方向。

Intelligent charger for electric bicycle design and production
Abstract:
How efficient, rapid, non-destructive to the battery charging battery science, has been concerned problem. Although the battery has also had a history of over 100 years, but due to technical constraints, the charge was mainly uses constant pressure, constant voltage, constant current mode, the charging method fails to comply with the battery internal physical chemistry rule, most of the existence of serious charge and gas condensate phenomenon. The existing various charging methods, due to various reasons, the charging current according to battery failure state changes dynamically tracking acceptable charging current curve, thus charging the quality and the effect is not ideal. Due to low charging efficiency, in the charging process will cause a lot of gas evolution, condensate gas to make positive plate corrosion, leading to the battery is damaged, seriously affecting the service life of the battery. For battery users, battery management and maintenance is important, but efficient, no harm to the charging device is to improve the use efficiency of the battery, prolong the service life of it plays a very important role in. Therefore, not only can improve the energy utilization efficiency, accelerate the charging speed, and does not affect the service life of the lead-acid battery efficient, rapid, non-destructive charging technology become the rapid development of modern power electronic technology has attracted much attention in the research direction.
