摘要
本次畢業(yè)設(shè)計數(shù)字可調(diào)穩(wěn)壓電源就是能用數(shù)字來控制電源輸出電壓的大小,而且能使輸出的直流電壓能保持穩(wěn)定、精確的直流電壓源。本文介紹了利用數(shù)/模轉(zhuǎn)換電路、輔助電源電路、去抖電路等組成的數(shù)字可調(diào)穩(wěn)壓電源電路,詳述了電源的基本電路結(jié)構(gòu)和控制策略;它與傳統(tǒng)的穩(wěn)壓電源相比,具有操作方便、電壓穩(wěn)定度高的特點,其結(jié)構(gòu)簡單、制作方便、成本低,輸出電壓在0~12V之間連續(xù)可調(diào),其輸出電壓大小以0.1V步進,輸出電壓的大小調(diào)節(jié)是通過“+” “-”兩鍵操作的,而且可根據(jù)實際要求組成具有不同輸出電壓值的穩(wěn)壓源電路。該電源控制電路選用STC89C52單片機控制主電路采用串聯(lián)調(diào)整穩(wěn)壓技術(shù)具有線路簡單、響應(yīng)迅速、穩(wěn)定性好、效率高等特點。
目前實用的直流穩(wěn)壓電源大部分是線性電源。利用分離器件組成,其體積大,功率小,可靠性差,操作使用不方便,自我保護功能不夠,因而故障率高。隨著電子科技的飛速發(fā)展,各種電子,電器設(shè)備對穩(wěn)壓電源的性能要求日益提高,穩(wěn)壓電源不斷差朝著小型化,高效率,低成本,高可靠性,低電磁干擾,模塊化和智能化發(fā)展。以單片機系統(tǒng)為核心而設(shè)計制造出來的新一代穩(wěn)壓電源不但電路簡單,結(jié)構(gòu)緊湊,價格低廉,性能卓越,而且單片機具有計算和控制功能,利用它對采樣技術(shù)進行各種計算,從而可排除和減少由于騷擾信號和模擬電路因起的誤差,大大提高穩(wěn)壓電源輸出電壓和輸出電流精度,降低了對模擬電路的要求。

Digital adjustable regulated power supply design
Abstract:This graduation design digital adjustable regulated power supply is to use numbers to control the output voltage, but also make the output DC voltage to remain stable, precise DC voltage source. This paper describes the use of D / a conversion circuit, an auxiliary power supply circuit, to shake the circuit and other components of the digital adjustable regulated power supply circuit, the power supply of the basic circuit structure and control strategy; it compared with traditional manostat, has the advantages of convenient operation, voltage stability high reliability, simple structure, convenient manufacture, low cost, output voltage in 0 ~ 12V continuous adjustable output voltage, its size in 0.1V step, the output voltage is adjusted by the size of" + " and " -" two key operation, and according to the actual requirements of components with different value of the output voltage steady voltage source circuit. The power supply control circuit using STC89C52MCU control main circuit using series adjustment regulator has simple circuit, fast response, good stability, high efficiency.The utility of the DC regulated power supply is mostly linear power supply. By using the separation of components, large volume, low power, low reliability, the operation is not convenient, self protection is not enough, so the fault rate is high. With the rapid development of electronic technology, a variety of electronic, electrical equipment on the performance of the stabilized power supply requirements increasing, regulated power supply constant difference towards miniaturization, high efficiency, low cost, high reliability, low electromagnetic interference, modular and intelligent development. In the single chip microcomputer system as the core and the design and manufacture of a new generation of regulated power supply not only has the advantages of simple circuit, compact structure, low cost, high performance, and SCM with computing and control functions, the use of its sampling technology of all kinds of calculation, which can eliminate and reduce the disturbance signal and analog circuits due because of error, improve voltage regulator power supply output voltage and output current accuracy, reduces the simulation circuit requirements.
