摘要
低頻功率放大器在家電、數(shù)碼產(chǎn)品中的應(yīng)用越來(lái)越廣泛,與我們?nèi)粘I钣兄芮嘘P(guān)系,是音響等產(chǎn)品中不可缺少的設(shè)備,其在控制系統(tǒng)和測(cè)試系統(tǒng)等產(chǎn)品中的應(yīng)用也較為廣泛,但是,今天的低頻功率放大器還存在許多不足之處,如輸出變壓器、電源變壓器的繞制工藝稍麻煩、好點(diǎn)較大、調(diào)試較為困難、使用壽命短等缺陷。
而我選擇了《小功率擴(kuò)音機(jī)的設(shè)計(jì)與制作》這個(gè)課題的主要目的是通過(guò)本課題的設(shè)計(jì),能有效的解決功率放大器輸出變壓器,耗電大,體積大,不易調(diào)試,使用壽命短等缺陷。本文旨在探討小功率擴(kuò)音器的基本理論,基于LM324通用型運(yùn)放把各個(gè)模塊連接起來(lái),并將LM386作為單片集成功放器件,使其優(yōu)良,功能齊全,并附加有各種保護(hù)、消噪聲電路,外接元件大大減少,易于安裝。通過(guò)本課題設(shè)計(jì),能夠使我對(duì)電路設(shè)計(jì)有著更全面的認(rèn)識(shí),培養(yǎng)我們自主研發(fā)的能力,進(jìn)一步學(xué)習(xí)和鞏固相關(guān)知識(shí),熟悉和掌握電路設(shè)計(jì)軟件altium designer等地使用方法;讓我深刻了解在制作一個(gè)作品時(shí),應(yīng)該先設(shè)計(jì)出一個(gè)合理的電路框圖,然后依照框圖篩選放大電路和芯片。在實(shí)際作圖時(shí)要正確設(shè)計(jì)出原理圖,并且合理布PCB圖,為方便后面的器件焊接。最后也是最重要的是本課題也培養(yǎng)我獨(dú)立工作,獨(dú)立思考和綜合運(yùn)用已學(xué)知識(shí)解決實(shí)際問(wèn)題的能力。

And I chose the small power amplifier design and production of the main purpose of this subject is through this topic design, can effectively solve the power amplifier output transformer, great power consumption, big volume, not easy debugging, service life is short, defects. This article aims to explore the basic theory of small power amplifiers, based on the LM324 universal luck with the modules connected, and will LM386 as monolithic integrated amplifier device, make the good, the function is all ready, and additional have all kinds of protection, suppressing noise circuit, external components decrease greatly, easy to install. Through this topic design, can make me to circuit design has a more comprehensive understanding, train the ability of our independent research and development, further study and consolidate the relevant knowledge, be familiar with and master altium designer circuit design software to use methods; Let me in making a deep understanding of the work, should first to design a reasonable circuit diagram, and then in accordance with the block diagram screening amplifying circuit and the chip. In the actual graphic design principles to correct figure, and reasonable cloth PCB figure, for the convenience of the back of the device welding. The last and most important is this topic also cultivate I work independently, independent thinking and comprehensive use already learn knowledge solution actual problem ability.
