ABSTRACT
Regular fuzzy power system stabilizer(C-FPSS)has some disadvantages such as poorly steady performance,simple structrue and is count agaist rule adjustment.This paper put forwords one design scheme--Double fuzzy power system stabilizer(D-FPSS),which can online adjust quantitative fator. Infact,it has one ranking fuzzy controller which is based on regular fuzzy power system stabilizer(C-FPSS),forming a two lever fuzzy control system.
We can make use of the Simulink toolbox in Matlab to build two kinds of fuzzy controller with self-turning method through the S function and fuzzy reasoning.Thus,it can adjust fuzzy control rules indirectly,enhance the robustness of fuzzy controller and be easy to modify the parameter.Compared with the regular fuzzy controller ,the two kinds of improved fuzzy controllers can enhance the damping of the system effectively and improve the response speed of the system visiblely in the simulink environment based on the single machine infinite bus system simnulation.In addition,the two kinds of methods can improve the system dynamic performance.In the practical application,they can be easy to select according to the controlled object and the perfomance requirements of the system.
