       摘要
       大傾角中厚煤層綜采的開采在國內(nèi)是較成熟的技術(shù),但在攀煤公司屬于迄今為止尚未解決的難題,本文對(duì)大傾角中厚煤層綜采的成套設(shè)備配套的關(guān)鍵技術(shù)進(jìn)行了研究,提出了合理確定成套設(shè)備配套的方法,即液壓支架、采煤機(jī)、運(yùn)輸機(jī)等設(shè)備的技術(shù)性能、生產(chǎn)能力、空間位置和相互連接尺寸的最佳匹配問題。解決了大傾角中厚煤層綜采在生產(chǎn)過程中面臨的支架下滑、傾倒、架前冒項(xiàng)、支架頂梁接頂不實(shí)、采煤機(jī)在大傾角工作面上行困難、運(yùn)輸機(jī)下滑及工作面回采工藝復(fù)雜等技術(shù)難題,同時(shí)對(duì)支架工作阻力的確定、采煤機(jī)、運(yùn)輸機(jī)的選型等關(guān)鍵技術(shù)進(jìn)行了研究。
       研究采用數(shù)值模擬、理論計(jì)算和現(xiàn)場實(shí)踐相結(jié)合的方法,通過攀煤公司大寶頂?shù)V4221.26工作面六個(gè)月的開采試驗(yàn),工作面累計(jì)生產(chǎn)原煤19.6萬t,月平均產(chǎn)量達(dá)到3.26萬t,最高月產(chǎn)量達(dá)到4.5萬t,證實(shí)了此次研究選擇的大傾角中厚煤層綜采成套設(shè)備在技術(shù)上是可行的,安全上是可靠的,經(jīng)濟(jì)上是合理的。
       所選設(shè)備在大傾角中厚煤層工作面能正常運(yùn)行,證明了成套設(shè)備配套選型合理。
       本文開展的研究對(duì)攀煤公司的大傾角中厚煤層開采具有極大的意義,能使今后生產(chǎn)高度集中,生產(chǎn)系統(tǒng)簡化,為現(xiàn)代化礦井的科學(xué)管理創(chuàng)造了條件,為建設(shè)現(xiàn)代化礦井打下了良好基礎(chǔ)。

       ABSTRACT
       Fully—mechanized coal mining technology in medium-thickness seam、Ⅳitll largedip angle is matured in chilla.But to PanZhihua coal corporation;it is still an unresolved problem for a long time.In this thesis,the key technologies of fully·-mechanized coal mining face unit and its optimization in medium—thickness seam with large dip angle was researched,then some methods how to Select and assemble equipment correctly Was given,such as optimization of powered support,coal wining machine,conveyor and other equipements in technology capability,
       location-space and conect size with each other.According to the research,production process problems of fully-mechanized coal mining technology in medium-thickness Seam謝th large dip angle had been worked out,these problems include falling or incline of supports,roof falling before supports,roof beam not solid講m roof,shearer push up inconvenience and conveyor slip downward in large incline coal face and other complex coal wining technology problems.
       Associate謝m actual situation,adopting numerical simulation and theoretical calculation methods,the authors made a mining test噸in 4421—26 working face of DaBaoDing coal mine,after six—month ming testing,cumulative production of raw coal up to 196,000 ton,average monthly production reached 32,600 ton,the highest monthly production reached 45,000 ton.The testing cort_firmed the selection and assemble of Fully·-mechanized equipments in medium·-thickness seam with large dip angle is technically feasible,and security reliable and economically reasonable.
       Equipmenst selected for medium-thickness seam wi廿l large dip angle Can continue operation,it also proof the selection for full set of equipment is correct.
       Through this research on fitting and application of fully-mechanized equipments in medium-thickness Seam with large dip angle angle,it is great significance in the future coal mining to PanZhihua Corporation for the production of highly concentrated and simplified production systems.111e modernization of the scientific management of the mine has created conditions and building a modem mine laid a good foundation.
