畢業(yè)設(shè)計(jì) 污泥代替一部分煤制漿的實(shí)驗(yàn)測定(共36頁,16732字)
摘要
隨著我國經(jīng)濟(jì)的快速發(fā)展和城市化進(jìn)程的加快,污泥的產(chǎn)生量也呈增加的趨勢。為了實(shí)現(xiàn)污泥的資源化利用,我們在本課題中研究了將污泥代替一部分煤,制污泥水煤漿。并測定了干煤與干污泥不同比例的污泥水煤漿的流變性和共氣化動力學(xué)。結(jié)果發(fā)現(xiàn):漿體中的固體含量越高,表觀粘度越高,剪切速率越大,表觀粘度越高。還有污泥在熱解時失重率很高,但也發(fā)現(xiàn)一個難題,就是污泥本身含有大量水分,但是很難成漿,這是需要克服的問題。

Abstract
With the rapid development of economy and city, the yield of sewage sludge is increasing. In order to utilize the sludge as a resource, the propose of the task which I researched is to use the sludge to replace the coal in a measure, and working out the coal slurry. During my experiment, the flow property and the co-gasification kinetics of the different ratio between dry coal and dry sludge has been tested. The result comes out that the higher the content of solid in coal slurry is, the higher apparent viscidity is; and the bigger the rate of cut, the higher apparent viscidity is. And during the pyrogenation the ratio of the sludge weightlessness is very high. However there is a problem in my task, which is that though the sewage sludge are containing a lot of water, it’s hard to make slurry.
