自修復(fù)添加劑對(duì)含鑄鐵配副摩擦磨損性能的影響研究電子書
摘 要
摩擦學(xué)的發(fā)展已將摩擦磨損研究從減摩抗磨擴(kuò)展到磨損表面自修復(fù)甚至零磨損,其中,在線自修復(fù)已成為當(dāng)今摩擦學(xué)研究熱點(diǎn),這對(duì)節(jié)能降耗要求越來越迫切的今天,具有重要的理論與應(yīng)用意義。近年來,對(duì)自修復(fù)添加劑的研究多集中于鋼摩擦副上。有研究表明,在自修復(fù)添加劑潤滑下,45 鋼磨損表面能夠在線生成自修復(fù)保護(hù)膜,有效地減少了金屬磨損、延長了材料使用壽命。鑄鐵作為重要的工程材料,廣泛應(yīng)用于機(jī)械制造業(yè),在鑄造合金中,鑄鐵的產(chǎn)量約為75%~80%。若自修復(fù)添加劑能明顯改善鑄鐵的摩擦磨損性能,可進(jìn)一步擴(kuò)大其在工業(yè)上的應(yīng)用,降低生產(chǎn)成本。因此,開展自修復(fù)添加劑對(duì)含鑄鐵配副的摩擦磨損性能的研究具有重要的實(shí)際意義。本文選取自修復(fù)添加劑對(duì)含鑄鐵配副摩擦磨損性能的影響作為研究課題。選用MMU-5G 屏顯式材料端面摩擦磨損試驗(yàn)機(jī)作為試驗(yàn)平臺(tái),自主設(shè)計(jì)便于潤滑的試驗(yàn)試樣,自備亞微米級(jí)羥基硅酸鹽粉體作為磨損自修復(fù)添加劑,對(duì)含鑄鐵配副:45 鋼/鑄鐵、鑄鐵/45 鋼以及鑄鐵/鑄鐵摩擦副進(jìn)行了大量的摩擦磨損試驗(yàn)。研究了自修復(fù)添加劑濃度、添加劑的時(shí)間效應(yīng)、載荷效應(yīng)以及摩擦副間相對(duì)滑動(dòng)速度等因素對(duì)自修復(fù)添加劑潤滑下的含鑄鐵配副摩擦磨損性能的影響,借助掃描電鏡觀察試樣的磨損表面及斷面形貌,借助能譜儀對(duì)試樣表面和斷面進(jìn)行成分分析,揭示含鑄鐵配副在自修復(fù)添加劑作用下的摩擦磨損行為,初步探討自修復(fù)添加劑對(duì)鑄鐵的作用機(jī)理。結(jié)果表明,不同工況參數(shù)對(duì)自修復(fù)添加劑作用下的含鑄鐵配副的摩擦磨損性能影響十分明顯。當(dāng)自修復(fù)添加劑濃度、磨損時(shí)間、摩擦副所加載荷以及摩擦副間相對(duì)滑動(dòng)速度適宜時(shí),鑄鐵及含鑄鐵配副在自修復(fù)添加劑潤滑下表現(xiàn)出良好的摩擦磨損性能。在整個(gè)試驗(yàn)過程中,含鑄鐵配副的摩擦系數(shù)較0%添加劑時(shí)明顯減小,鑄鐵試樣的磨損量明顯降低,自修復(fù)添加劑對(duì)鑄鐵的減摩抗磨效應(yīng)顯著;試驗(yàn)發(fā)現(xiàn),45 鋼試樣在與鑄鐵對(duì)磨時(shí),其磨損表面仍能發(fā)生自修復(fù)反應(yīng),生成自修復(fù)保護(hù)膜,而鑄鐵因其金相組織和機(jī)械性能的特點(diǎn),磨損表面無法發(fā)生自修復(fù)反應(yīng)。本文的研究結(jié)果對(duì)于進(jìn)一步開展對(duì)鑄鐵在自修復(fù)添加劑潤滑下的摩擦磨損性能以及自修復(fù)膜生成狀況的研究具有重要的參考價(jià)值,為自修復(fù)添加劑在含鑄鐵配副上的應(yīng)用提供了一定的試驗(yàn)依據(jù)。燕山大學(xué)工學(xué)博士學(xué)位論文
